Pay in parts

An installment plan lets you split your bill into smaller payments. You pay each part by the date shown.

  1. 1. Check your plan. Look at the amounts and dates on your payment page.
  2. 2. Pay the first part. Choose the installment option and follow the payment steps.
  3. 3. Come back for the next payment. Payments are not taken automatically.

Let’s say your bill is RM1,000

In this example, the usual plan is RM300 now, RM400 at 30 days before your event, and RM300 at 7 days before your event.

If your event is sooner, more of the bill is due now:

Your event is more than 30 days away

Pay RM300 now

Pay RM400 at 30 days before your event. Pay the last RM300 at 7 days before your event.

Your event is 8 to 30 days away

Pay RM700 now

The first two payments are joined together: RM300 + RM400. Pay the last RM300 at 7 days before your event.

Your event is today or within the next 7 days

Pay the full RM1,000 now

There are no later payments. Choose “Full payment” on the payment page.

Your caterer’s plan may be different. Always check the amounts and dates on your payment page. Your caterer must also be able to accept your event date.

What does “pay in installments” mean?

It means paying your bill in parts. You pay the first part now and the rest on the dates shown. Before you choose, we show you how much to pay and when.

Can I pay in parts?

Yes, if your caterer offers it and has confirmed your booking. Choose this option before making any payment. Some packages must be paid in full. Your payment page shows the choices available to you.

My event is soon. What do I pay?

You may need to pay more now because there is less time left. Any parts already due are added to your first payment. The dates for the other payments stay the same. If the last payment date has arrived, you must pay the whole bill now.

When do you work out my payment dates?

When you first start checkout for the payment plan. We use the days left until your event at that time. If you wait before choosing a plan, the amount you need to pay now may be higher.

Will my payments be the same as the example?

Not always. Each caterer can choose different amounts and dates. The example below is just a guide. Check your own payment page before paying.

Will money be taken automatically?

No. You need to return to your booking’s payment page to make each payment. Keep a note of the dates so you know when to pay.

Can I pay the next part early?

Yes. Open your booking’s payment page and pay the next part. Payments must be made in order.

Will my plan change after I choose it?

When you start checkout for the first part, we save your payment amounts and dates. They stay the same even if the caterer changes their plan later. If you miss a date, that payment is still owed.

Is a deposit the same as a payment plan?

No. A deposit is a separate choice: pay 30% now, then the rest later. For example, a RM1,000 bill has a RM300 deposit and RM700 left to pay. A payment plan splits the bill using your caterer’s dates and amounts. Choose your preferred option before paying. You cannot switch from a paid deposit to a payment plan. Once a plan is saved, follow that plan.

Which event date do you use?

If your booking has several events, we use the first event’s date. All payment dates use Malaysia time. “7 days before” means one week before your event.

Why is there an extra cent in the last payment?

Sometimes splitting a bill leaves a few cents to adjust. We put that small difference in the last payment so all the payments add up to your exact bill. Very small bills may need to be paid in full.

What if I miss a payment?

The payment will be marked “Overdue”, which means its payment date has passed. Open your payment page to check what you owe. Contact your caterer or our support team if you need help. You must pay the whole bill before marking your booking complete.

What if I need to cancel?

Contact your caterer or our support team. Paying in parts does not change the booking’s cancellation or refund rules. A refund is not guaranteed.
